Appetite control
Losing and maintaining body weight is critical to improving one's fitness and achieving one's goals. As a rule, regular exercise and a balanced diet can lead to satisfactory results, but in some periods or conditions, appetite control can be a serious obstacle.
It is said that it is easy to control weight if you know how to do it, but those who face a low-calorie diet or a particularly restrictive dietary regimen may find it difficult to suppress the sense of hunger and, as a result, find themselves experiencing frequent hunger pangs by giving in to which they risk undoing the entire work on themselves. So-called "nervous hunger," which often originates as an outlet for the inability to cope with states of anxiety and stress, can also compromise both physical fitness and negatively affect health.
