What are Tsunami Points?
TSUNAMI POINTS are virtual points. Their collection, active from October 7, 2022 and valid for one calendar year (January 1 - December 31), will allow you to accumulate points to convert into discount coupons for purchases on the website www.tsunaminutrition.it. When you shop online on our site, points are automatically uploaded to your user profile. If you registered after October 7, 2022, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from the time of your first purchase until the end of the calendar year. If you were already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for purchases made from October 7, 2022 until the end of the calendar year. You will always be able to monitor your TSUNAMI POINTS balance and their validity by accessing your restricted area.
How do I earn Tsunami Points?
If you are already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it, you are already collecting TSUNAMI POINTS. Your collection began with orders placed on October 7, 2022. If you don't have an account on our site yet, go to our HOME and click LOGIN, at the top right. Create your TSUNAMI account by entering your personal information (first name, last name, email, password, date of birth). Once you have created your account, you will receive a confirmation email with your restricted area login credentials. Once you have completed program registration, you will begin collecting your TSUNAMI POINTS starting with your first order. You will always be able to keep track of your TSUNAMI POINTS balance by accessing your restricted area.
What is the point of accumulating Tsunami Points?
TSUNAMI POINTS convert into good discounts to purchase new products, which can be used after reaching the minimum threshold of 1000 TSUNAMI POINTS.
When can I use my Tsunami Points?
You can start using your TSUNAMI POINTS after accumulating at least 1000. You can track your orders and TSUNAMI POINTS balance by accessing your personal area. TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for one calendar year, so they must be used by December 31st of the current year. The expiration of your points is indicated in your personal area in the “Historical Rewards” section of Tsunami Points.
How can I use my Tsunami Points?
For every 1000 points accumulated, you are entitled to a shopping voucher of 40 euros. Once you convert your TSUNAMI POINTS into purchase vouchers, the points you will have used will be scaled from the total points accumulated. Please note: Points can be collected and used between the beginning and end of a calendar year; the shopping voucher, once issued, must be used within 7 days of the date of issue. On each issue of a shopping voucher, the customer will receive a summary email to the email address provided at the time of registration.
Why don't I have points even though I made other purchases?
TSUNAMI POINTS collection began with orders placed since October 7, 2022, NOT purchases made before that date.
How long does the Tsunami Points collection last?
Point collection has been active since October 7, 2022 and is valid until the end of the calendar year. If you registered after October 7, 2022, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from the time of your purchases until the end of the calendar year. If you were already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for purchases made from October 7, 2022 until the end of the calendar year. You will always be able to monitor your TSUNAMI POINTS balance and their validity by accessing your restricted area.
Are Tsunami Points transferable to third parties?
NO, points are not transferable.

When are Tsunami Points credited?
TSUNAMI POINTS are automatically credited after you complete your order at www.tsunaminutrition.it. Your points remain pending validation until you receive your order, in the event of a return or withdrawal your points related to the order you made or exercised your right of withdrawal will be cancelled and subtracted from your points balance. The moment you finally accept your order, your TSUNAMI POINTS are added to your “AVAILABLE” points. You can always check your points balance by accessing your reserved area.
