HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To purchase a product, you must access its tab. There are several ways to find the product you need on the home page of our site:

  • Click on one of the categories you find in the main navigation menu at the top of the page or on the icons that represent the various sections of our catalog;
  • Click on one of the images of our featured promo products;
  • Search for a product through the search field located at the top and center of the page visible through the "Search" label and press the submit button .

Once you have seen the products related to the category you have chosen or the search you have made, you can view the tab by clicking on the product. Here you can choose the size, size or taste variety of the product you have chosen, where available in different variants, and by clicking on "ADD TO CART," you can finalize the purchase of the one you have chosen or continue shopping and complete the purchase at a later time. You can choose to end your purchase after you have placed a product in your shopping cart by clicking on "PROCEED WITH CHECKOUT." If you decide to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart again in the upper right hand corner on any navigation page. In this case, you can click on the words "CART" and then on "PAYMENT" to complete your purchase. You will be directed to the "CART SUMMARY" page and will need to follow the purchase steps by logging in to the site with your email address and password, enter your shipping address, and choose your payment method.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED?

No, you cannot place an order if you are not registered on our site. Registering on the site is quick and easy. Click in the upper right hand corner on any navigation page on "LOG IN". You will then arrive at the "AUTHENTICATION" page where you will simply enter your email to start registering your account. Please note that some discounts on certain products are only visible if you browse the site after logging into your account.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE A FLAVOR OR ADD A PRODUCT, CAN I DO THAT?

Youcan change the flavor, or size, or size of the same product already in your order, where there is availability, if you send us an email by noon the next day to info@tsunaminutrition.it with the subject CHANGE PRODUCT specifying the variant you would like to receive.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS?

Once you have completed your order on our site, the courier company we entrust with your shipment sends you an email with the tracking number. With this number by going to the referring courier's website, you can always keep track of your package's route. We work so that you can receive your parcels in 24/48 hours on business days, if you want to know more about our policies you can see the Shipping and Delivery section and our Terms of Sale.

WHAT COURIERS ARE USED FOR SHIPPING?

We rely on BRT for our shipments.

I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BUT SOMETHING IS MISSING, WHAT CAN I DO?

We always work by putting the utmost care into the preparation of your order, but even the best can make mistakes. We advise you to always accept your order with reservation when the courier arrives so that we can facilitate the Return or Refund processes where necessary. Another tip we give you is to take a photo of the package and a video of your unboxing. We do a thorough checkout to check the products that leave our warehouse to get to you and if we have made a mistake we like to have proof to learn from our mistakes. Contact our customer service department by emailing us photos and video of your package at info@tsunaminutrition.it, we will do a checkout and find a way to make it up to you.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?

To access your "ORDER HISTORY" you must log in with your email and password on the site and, then, click on your first and last name in the upper right corner. This opens, then, a drop-down menu where you can click on "ORDER HISTORY" and review everything you have ordered in the past.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I AM ABROAD?

We also ship abroad but we do not cover all destinations, you can check the list in the Shipping and Delivery section. If you are not in one of these countries and still want to receive your order you can contact our Customer Service Department at info@tsunaminutrition.it and tell us where you are, we may be able to still send you your order.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Did you get a size wrong or the product you purchased is not what you had in mind? Don't worry when something goes wrong we always know what to do to come to your aid! Read our Returns and Refunds policy here.

To resell Tsunami Nutrition products you must join our B2B program by registering here. Fill out the form by carefully reading all the directions and sending us all the necessary documents to info@tsunaminutrition.it.
