Pasta and baked goods are certainly among the most well-known and consumed foods on our tables. Cookies, breads, cakes, galettes, rice, pasta, dumplings, plumcakes, croissants and croissants, pizza bases, crackers-these are just some of the products that, from an early age, we learn to include in our diet. When one thinks of pasta and bakery products, the idea is that of a series of foods that are good and tasty but which one must give up, with no possibility of exception, for the sake of one's figure. Today all this is no longer necessary: there is in fact awide choice of products with excellent nutritional characteristics, the result of careful processing and balanced recipes, designed to offer products compatible with the most diverse diets.
