RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Did you get the wrong size or the product you bought is not what you had in mind? Don't worry, read here how to do it!

We take the utmost care and attention when preparing your order, but we can't do anything against the unexpected. When something goes wrong we always know what to do to come to your aid. What happened to you?

I had second thoughts and want to cancel my order.

If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order you can do so by 12:00 noon on the day following the day you made your purchase exclusively by opening a TICKET indicating "ORDER CANCELLATION" followed by the reference code. No order cancellation requests made through other channels (e.g., Social, messages on the site or by phone) will be taken care of.

I want to return my entire order.

If you realized that the order you placed was not what you wanted, you can decide to cancel the order or withdraw. You can decide to exercise your right to cancel (within 14 days of the arrival of your order) by opening a TICKET in the appropriate section. After notifying us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to send back to us the shipment received at your expense taking care to put the delivery note in the package and to notify us by e-mail the tracking of the shipment. Once the goods have returned to our warehouse and verified that the products are intact, we will proceed to refund you what you have spent excluding shipping costs. If you paid with PayPal or Credit Card at the time of purchase, we will refund you in the same way. If, on the other hand, you used another payment method, we will give you a voucher of the same amount that we will provide within 72 hours of your request to be used to purchase products on the site with a validity of 30 days from the time of issuance. For those who have purchased the products and paid by Credit Card or PayPal and for personal reasons have not received the order, resulting in the return of the package to our premises, you will be able to choose from the following options:

  • Request for redelivery of the order: In the event that the customer wants the package to be redelivered to the address indicated, it will be prepared and shipped with an additional charge of 7€ that will be charged to the card provided during the purchase phase or it can be paid upon delivery of the package.
  • Request for refund: In the event that the customer does not want to receive the new shipment, it will be possible to obtain a refund on the card used during the purchase phase from which we will subtract the shipping costs of 7€ .

I want to return part of my order.

If you have noticed that in the order you have placed a product is different from what you thought it was, you can decide whether to exchange or return it. You can decide to change one or more products in your order, to do this you will simply need to open a TICKET in which you report the change of one or more products. Once the report has been made and the exchange of the merchandise has been agreed upon, we will make a new delivery of the product(s), subject to availability, and pick up the item(s) to be returned at the time of delivery. This service requires an additional charge of €7.00 that will be added to the cash on delivery fee to be paid upon delivery. You may decide to return one or more products from your order to do so you will simply need to open a TICKET where you will specify the product(s) you wish to return. Once you have contacted us, it will be your responsibility to send back the product(s) to be returned in their original packaging at your expense to Tsunami Nutrition Srl Via Marcandreola, 5 - 00043 Ciampino (Rome). Remember to give us the tracking number of the package with the products you want to return to us so that we will be able to follow it until it arrives at our premises and to include the delivery note that you will have found in your order. We will notify you when we have received your package and at that point, having ascertained the condition of the products, we will proceed with the refund of your purchase, excluding shipping costs. If you paid by PayPal or Credit Card at the time of purchase, we will refund you in the same manner. If, on the other hand, you used another method of payment, we will give you a voucher of the same amount that we will provide within 72 hours of your request to be used to purchase products on the site with a validity of 30 days from the time of issue

Something went wrong and I didn't get what I ordered

We pay the utmost care and attention when preparing your order, but even the best can make mistakes. Our products travel all over the country and abroad, the mistake is often not our fault, but we are here specifically to help you! If something goes wrong, don't hesitate to document it with a photo and attach it via message inside the TICKET you will need to open to report the issue. Once we understand what happened we will decide with you whether to proceed with an exchange of the product, and in this case the shipping costs will be borne by us, or with a refund. If you paid with PayPal or Credit Card at the time of purchase, we will refund you in the same way. If, on the other hand, you used another payment method, we will give you a voucher of the same amount that we will provide within 72 hours of your request to be used to purchase products on the site with a validity of 30 days from the time of issue

I want to change the size of an item of clothing

You can decide to change the size of one or more items of clothing in your order by opening a TICKET, with all the details of the products to be replaced and the sizes you want. Once we receive the communication we will arrange the shipment with the products in the new sizes you have indicated after checking stock availability. At the time of delivery, the courier will collect the items to be replaced in their original packaging, complete with tags and in the state in which you received them. This service requires an additional cost of 7.00 € that will be added to the cash on delivery to be paid on delivery. We recommend in any case that you return the product in the condition in which you received it and, in the case of clothing, with the original tag still attached otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the refund. We therefore ask for your utmost care when you receive the package. Please make sure that the products match your order before opening the packaging, always remember to sign with reserve upon receipt of the package if visibly damaged.
