This points collection is active as of October 7, 2022 and is valid for one calendar year.

4. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

This points collection is valid in all territories where Tsunami Nutrition Srl ships and delivers the products sold on www.tsunaminutrition.com. 5. RECIPIENTS

End consumers, adults and residents/domiciled in the countries where Tsunami Nutrition Srl offers its shipping and delivery services, buyers of the product(s) promoted via the specific online e-commerce website www.tsunaminutrition.com.

6. MECHANISM OF THE OPERATION

For each purchase made on the website www.tsunaminutrition.com, each registered customer accumulates n. 1 TSUNAMI POINTS per euro spent. After accumulating 1000 points, the user can use the accumulated TSUNAMI POINTS as an expense credit valid for the purchase of Tsunami Nutrition brand products, the full list of which can be accessed by accessing the reserved area.

7. How to participate

To participate in the collection of TSUNAMI POINTS, you must have a personal account on www.tsunaminutrition.com. The points collection is active from October 7, 2022 and is valid for one calendar year. For those who registered after 7 October 2022, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from the time of registration for a calendar year. For users already registered on www.tsunaminutrition.com before this date, TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from October 7, 2022 for a calendar year. Please also note that:

• Points cannot be accumulated with other ongoing promotions;
• Points are linked to your personal account and are non-transferable;
• Consumers will be responsible for any costs associated with connecting to the website dedicated to this initiative, as normally charged by their operator.

8. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN POINT COLLECTION

Participation in this points collection implies the unconditional and total acceptance of this regulation by the consumer, without any limitation.

9. REVOCATION OF THE PROMISE OR MODIFICATION OF THE EXECUTION TERMS

The Organizer may revoke or modify the terms of execution of this collection of points for good reason, by giving notice to the recipients in the same form as the promise or in an equivalent form.

10. PUBLICITY OF THE OPERATION

This points collection process will be advertised on the website www.tsunaminutrition.com and on Tsunami Nutrition's social media. Advertisements communicating the event to its recipients will be consistent with these regulations. The entire regulation will be available on the website www.tsunaminutrition.com.
